First State Bank of Gainesville requested assistance with the conversion of an existing restaurant into a branch bank facility with a two lane drive through addition. WKA ARCHITECTS, Inc. provided architectural and interior design services to create a 4,200 s.f. branch operation on the first floor with a community room and upstairs entertainment area for neighborhood residents.
