To accomplish the mutual objectives of the Client/Architect relationship, the firm maintains its practice on the concept that the principals are actively involved in the delivery of the firm's services.

On all of our projects, a single principal is designated as the Principal-In-Charge, serving as the " Project Manager" on an active basis through all phases of the project, from inception to completion.

Although one principal is designated Principal-In-Charge, the other principal, within the framework of their knowledge and experience, contributes to the evolvement of all work produced in our office.
